ABOUT US
Our Story
My name is Miss Gaby, and I am the proud owner and founder of Mi Escuelita Preschool. Born and raised in Argentina, my passion for caring for children began at a young age. After losing my mother at three years old, my preschool teacher, Señorita Marta, became a guiding light in my life. She made me feel safe, loved, and cared for, and from that moment, I knew I wanted to do the same for other children.
That dream led to the creation of Mi Escuelita, a preschool that feels like a second home. With over 24 years of experience, I have dedicated my life to providing a nurturing, family-driven environment where children can learn, grow, and feel truly cherished.
At Mi Escuelita, we believe in the power of Spanish immersion, the magic of play-based learning, and the importance of strong partnerships with families. It is an honor to be part of each child’s journey, offering them the same warmth and care that inspired me all those years ago.

Our Mission

At Mi Escuelita Preschool, our mission is to provide a nurturing, second home where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Rooted in Spanish immersion, Montessori and Waldorf principles, and nature-based learning, we create an environment where children develop independence, confidence, and a love for discovery.
As a family-driven preschool, we believe that raising a child is a partnership between families and educators. With Miss Gaby’s 28 years of experience as a wife, mother of six, and grandmother of three, we are deeply committed to helping children thrive in a warm, caring space that feels like home.
Meet the Staff

Miss Gaby
Miss Gaby is the heart and soul of Mi Escuelita. As the founder and visionary behind our preschool, she does so much more than own the school—she builds the magic that makes Mi Escuelita feel like home. From thoughtfully planning every activity to knowing each student’s unique strengths and needs, Miss Gaby is deeply committed to helping every child thrive, no matter the circumstance. Her bubbly personality and giant heart are impossible to miss—you feel her warmth the moment you walk through the door.

Miss Nicole
Miss Nicole loves being part of Mi Escuelita and finds so much joy in helping kids grow and shine. She brings patience, heart, and positive energy to the classroom, creating a space where every child feels safe and celebrated. With a deep love for animals and children, Nicole hopes to become a veterinarian one day—her caring nature shines through in everything she does.

Miss Sonia
Miss Sonia keeps Mi Escuelita running smoothly behind the scenes and in the classroom. She manages the administrative side of the school, supports both parents and students with care, and teaches in the mornings while her own little ones are still sleeping. As a mother of two under two and a student herself (pursuing a degree in social media marketing for small businesses), she brings empathy, dedication, and creativity to everything she does.

Miss Adriana
Miss Adriana is our newest team member and already such a bright light at Mi Escuelita. She loves doing crafts with the kids and helping them learn something new each day. Watching them grow and succeed brings her so much joy. Adriana hopes to become a doctor one day, and her kind heart and dedication to helping others are felt in everything she does.
Testimonials
Let's make the switch to full time. Thank you so much! I'm so, so grateful Amira has started with you guys. Not only is her Spanish acquisition impressive, but I can tell you guys really care about her. It's so thoughtful whenever someone takes the time to do her hair. Our mornings are so rushed and she doesn't always let me do it. Thank you so much ❤

My daughter has been there for over a year and her development has been awesome! They make friends to the point that they don’t want to leave preschool.
Montessori style with a pretty facility and a big back yard.
My daughter loves Miss Gaby and all the staff! 💕

Our other daycare and preschool provider is Mi Escuelita Preschool. Ms. Gaby and her staff are amazing. Our daughter hates leaving. This school is a Spanish immersion program also.
Lucianna learned more in the first week of being in this daycare/preschool than she did in the daycare she was in prior to being with Ms. Gaby.
The kids learn so much via their program, get to pick from the garden, see the chickens, and get lots of hands on, active stimulation. Our daughter is loved and well cared for by the staff.

My kids love Miss Gaby and still talk about preschool. They are now in 3rd and 4th grade and tell everyone about their “Spanish preschool” when they get asked how they know some Spanish
